Hali and I celebrate with you in our own unique ways! I happen to be known for dancing with my couples, which is exactly how I met Jordan and Karah. They were guests at Christina and Christian’s wedding last Fall – read about that gorgeous evening over at Mahogany Hill Weddings! Karah and I had a blast out on the dance floor and soon we were working together to coordinate her special day too.

Two Locations, One Golden Couple

Karah and Jordan chose to have their ceremony at the picturesque King Family Vineyards. Karah was a vision in lace and soft curls, while Jordan and the bridal party were a natural extension of the rustic grace of the Carriage House. The panoramic mountain views were the perfect back drop for their intimate ceremony. Afterwards, everyone gathered back into the barn to take cozy portraits in front of the fireplace – such a comfort after a surprise Spring breeze!

Their rehearsal was the FIRST event at the new Rock Spring Mountain Farm venue in Faber, VA and oh did they bless it with a beautiful party! Karah and Jordan’s VIP guest was their beloved corgi, Minnie, and she pranced in during the Grand Entrance as if it was her special day. We lit up the barn in white and sage accents, with rose gold candlesticks and sparkles tucked in every centerpiece.

The couple wanted their love story to highlight their closeness to their loved ones, and the true joy that radiates from their relationship. They enjoyed a delicious spread from Mission BBQ, and spent the night twirling and singing to their favorite songs. It was a dream come true to turn Karah’s hopes for a fun gathering into a truly magical evening. What started out as a simple party under a tent became a storybook wedding!

Fall For Your Forever

They ended their evening dancing to “Nervous” by John Legend, and the lyrics continue to resonate as I look back on their photos: “When you walk through the door and you look in my eyes; Yeah, it feels, yeah, it feels like the very first time, I can fall for you forever, I’m certain ’cause I still get nervous…”

Karah and Jordan’s wedding was my opening event for the 2024 season and it was a smash! They have encouraged Forevermore Weddings since we told them our plans and have inspired us to focus on the powerful force of love. I am so grateful for the chance to work this beautiful couple and make their vision come to life.
