Bringing a Vision to Life: How Our New Décor Package Made Wedding Magic (Without the Stress)

The 2025 wedding season has been one for the books.

There were shifting inventory timelines, drastic tariff changes affecting imported goods, and rising costs across the event industry. This year required creativity, flexibility, and intention. But if there’s one thing we’re proud of, it’s this:

Our couples were determined to not feel it, and neither were we.

Instead of passing stress on to our couples, we leaned into solutions. Our new décor package was born out of that need. It became a way to give couples a full, lush aesthetic without sacrificing their peace or their pockets.

Because at the heart of everything we do is a simple commitment — we meet our couples where they are. In their budget. In their season of life. In their vision. And we protect their peace in the process.

This particular wedding was the perfect example of that promise in action.

Starting With a Vision

Every design begins with a conversation.

We sat down with Sam and Zach and built a detailed mood board together. We pulled inspiration, refined color palettes, identified textures, and clarified the overall feeling they wanted their guests to experience. Not just what they wanted it to look like, but what they wanted it to feel like.

Romantic. Intentional. Elevated, but not fussy. Personal. Warm.

From there, we sourced florals that aligned with the palette and season, carefully ordering with both design and cost-consciousness in mind — something that became especially important this year as tariffs significantly impacted pricing on candles, specialty décor items, and imported stems.

Designing On-Site: Layer by Layer

This wedding was the first full showcase of our new décor package, and it delivered beautifully.

We used:

  • All of our bud vases, with locally sourced florals
  • All of our hurricane vases for soft, glowing candlelight to fill the space
  • Elegant taper candles to create height and movement

Layering bud vases with hurricane glass and tapered shades created dimension without overwhelming the tables. The candlelight, greenery garlands, and reflecting light added the dimension this couple craved. With full access to our in-house inventory, we were able to create an abundant, curated look without adding unnecessary rental costs.

We aren’t worried about working in a venue that we haven’t visited before because we always prepare ahead of time! Designing at the venue allowed us to respond to the space in real time. We adjusted placement, balanced scale, and made sure every table felt cohesive from every angle.

The Most Personal Detail: The Bar

And then… our favorite part.

The couple’s signature drinks were named after their cats — so of course we created a custom bar sign featuring their furry co-stars.

It was playful. It was personal. It was completely them.

Samantha wanted to have a surprise shot cart with a dress change. We HAD to make it a whole moment. Those are the details guests remember. Those are the touches that transform décor into storytelling.

We also ordered a few specialty pieces to round out the overall look — carefully selected accents that elevated the design without tipping the budget. Strategic additions can make a major impact when they’re chosen thoughtfully.

Why This Matters to Us

My partner and I started this business with a clear mission: weddings should feel exciting, not overwhelming. They should be as authentic and personalized as our couples want them to be.

We believe:

  • Your vision deserves to be seen.
  • Your budget deserves to be respected.
  • Your engagement season deserves to be peaceful.

When we can sit down with a couple, translate their ideas into a tangible mood board, source wisely, design intentionally on-site, and step back to watch them walk into a space that feels like them — that’s success.

And in a year as unpredictable as 2025, that feels like a win.
