Hali Massey
Lead Coordinator & Co-Owner
With several years of experience in the wedding industry as well as a long career in education, Hali brings the perfect combination of logistics management and creativity to our wedding coordination services. Hali’s favorite part of being a wedding coordinator is seeing the unique vision and ideas of each couple come together in a day that truly encompasses the story and essence of each couple. Hali enjoys working with couples who embrace their own ideas and prioritize their story and relationship in a way that brings all of that together to create a truly unique wedding day. She firmly believes that no two weddings should be the same just as no two relationships are the same.
Lelia Irwin
Lead Coordinator & Co-Owner
When Lelia is not working with her couples, she is either managing a barn full of horses or coordinating the chaos of her two young boys – she is always prepared with love in her heart, snacks in her pocket, and the desire to bring magic to every moment. Lelia has been in the wedding industry for several years, working as a wedding planner, with photographers, and event designers. She loves to pull together design elements and perfectly curated details to match the love story and personalities of her couples. Lelia wants her couples to feel like the VIP guests at their event and as such lets her meticulous eye and warm energy coordinate a gorgeous, fun-filled day for the newlyweds to happily remember forever. Her favorite part of the wedding day is seeing the reactions of each partner when they see all the months of planning come to fruition.
Alyssa Mertins
Lead Coordinator & Assistant Coordinator
Alyssa joins the Forevermore Weddings family as a lead and assistant coordinator after shadowing and assisting Hali and Lelia for over a year! Alyssa wants to get to know her couples and their loved ones, learning their story. She describes her ideal couple as fun, easygoing, and dynamic! Alyssa said, “I love working with couples who are passionate about the ideas and vision for their wedding. I want to make sure the celebration of their love with those closest to them is the focus of their special day”. Alyssa fits right in with Hali and Lelia as lead planners. Her wedding coordination strengths include being organized, creative and detail oriented. She has offered Forevermore Weddings a fresh perspective on day of management, asking the hard questions and offering improvements.
